Luna Health is seeking a warm, collaborative Family Medicine Physician to care for our growing Mansfield patient community. What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive, continuity-focused primary care to Luna Health members of all ages.
- Offer preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and holistic wellness guidance.
- Support onsite and near-site employer clinics, addressing acute needs, screenings, and workplace wellness.
- Help patients navigate specialty referrals and coordinate care across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Use secure messaging, telehealth, and digital tools to enhance accessibility and patient engagement.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, high-quality, relationship-driven care.
What We’re Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician licensed in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred (2+ years).
- Strong clinical judgment with a preventive, whole-person approach.
- Excellent communicator who values building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
- Comfortable practicing independently while thriving within a supportive, mission-driven team.
- Excited about reimagining primary care and advancing the DPC movement.
