Hi! I'm Dr. Laurie Garabedian, though most people just call me Dr. G. I'm a board-certified family medicine physician and have been caring for patients in the Foxborough area since 2016. I earned my medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and completed my family medicine residency at Brown University in Rhode Island.
As a family doctor, I care for patients of all ages, from newborns to great-grandparents. I value long-term relationships and the opportunity to truly know my patients and their families. At the core of my work is a genuine love for medicine and helping people feel their best.
When I'm not in the office, I'm just a regular human (hard to believe, I know!). I grew up in New Hampshire and now call Foxboro home. I love hiking, gardening, yoga, cooking, reading, and watching scary movies. I share my home with two furry companions, Max and Lucy, my trail buddy and hopeful therapy-dog-in-training.
Each summer, you'll find me in my vegetable garden, a tradition passed down from my dad and grandfather. I start my plants from seed every year and get such joy out of growing my own food.
If you hear a little Fleetwood Mac or Stevie Nicks playing in the background during your visit, that's no accident, I'm a big fan. In fact, Luna was named as a small nod to Stevie, who's rarely seen without her signature crescent-moon necklace (I wear one too!).
And if you spot a few elephants around the office, that's another piece of my story. Over the years, my patients have gifted me elephant trinkets, and they've become a symbol of the caring community we've built together.
