Luna Health, a membership-based direct primary care practice serving families in southeastern Massachusetts, today announced plans to relocate its Plainville office to a new location in Foxboro, Massachusetts. The new office is located at 30 Mechanic St., Suite 6, Foxboro, MA 02035 (what locals often call “the big yellow building”), and is expected to open on May 1, 2026.
The Plainville office at 30 Man-Mar Dr. will close once the transition is complete. All current patients will be seamlessly transitioned to the new office, where Dr. Laurie Garabedian and the care team will continue to provide the same relationship-centered care.
The move to Foxboro coincides with a period of growth for Luna Health. The practice recently welcomed Dr. Rachel Kurinsky to the care team, adding a second board-certified family physician and expanding capacity to serve more patients throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
The new space is significantly larger than the current Plainville office, purpose-built for patient comfort with spacious meeting rooms and a welcoming lobby. Importantly, the suite is on the first floor, meaning no more elevator rides for patients with mobility challenges or strollers. The building also offers plenty of free parking right outside the door, making every visit as easy as possible.
The Foxboro office offers convenient access from Routes 495 and 95, and the care team is excited to bring the same unhurried, relationship-centered experience to a space that truly matches the practice they have been building.
