Luna Health DPC, a membership-based direct primary care practice serving Foxboro and surrounding communities, today announced the launch of Sports Physicals visits for students who need sports or summer camp participation paperwork completed before the start of their season.
This service is available to both Luna members and non-members. For current Luna patients, sports physical visits are included as part of membership. For non-members, the service was designed for families who are unable to get a timely appointment with their regular pediatrician but need school, club, travel-team, or summer camp forms signed quickly so their student can participate.
Built for Time-Sensitive School and Sports Deadlines
Season start dates often arrive before families can secure a pediatric appointment. Luna’s Sports Physicals service provides a focused exam and timely form completion so students can avoid missing tryouts, practices, and early games.
During each visit, a clinician reviews the student’s relevant health history, performs the required physical assessment, and completes the sports participation forms provided by the family.
Open to Non-Members
Families do not need a Luna membership to use this service. Non-members are welcome to schedule a sports physical visit whenever they need fast support for athletic paperwork.
This offering complements the practice’s membership-based care model while helping students in Foxboro and neighboring communities stay on track for sports participation.
Simple Flat-Rate Pricing
Sports Physicals visits are offered at a flat rate of $50 per student for non-members, which includes the exam and form completion. Current Luna patients receive this service as part of their membership.
Luna Health’s goal is to make this process straightforward, affordable, and convenient for families during busy back-to-school and pre-season periods.
