Sick Appointment → This is a 15 minute appointment time for an acute one problem visit Examples may include: sore throat, urinary tract infection, minor injury, rash *If you don't see an appointment time available, text or call me please

Established Patient Physical → This is a 60 minute appointment to go over routine health maintenance, health goals, and screening. For current patients of the practice or prior patients from my prior practice.

New Patient Physical → This is a 75 minute appointment to go over routine health maintenance, health goals, and screening for new patients who have never been under my care before. You must sign up for the practice before you schedule an appointment.

Well Child Visit → This is a 45 minute appointment to review your child's health, growth, development, and give vaccines if desired. For patients 18 and under. These are scheduled at regular intervals depending on the age of your child.

Consult - 60min → These appointments can be used for follow up appointments, to discuss new problems, review multiple problems, review blood work or studies, discuss health goals, etc.

Consult - 30min → These can be used for new or established patients. If you are a new patient please make sure that you have signed up for the practice before you schedule a consult.

Osteopathic Manual Treatment → This is a 30 minute appointment for osteopathic manual treatment. See description of osteopathic manual treatment on the Osteopathic Medicine tab at the top of the page

Telehealth Visit → This is a 15 minute phone call appointment. I will call you at the time of your appointment.
