Luna Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. This role blends the relationship-centered approach of Direct Primary Care (DPC) with modern, flexible care delivery— including in-clinic, virtual, and community-based services.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care to Luna Health members.
- Deliver the full scope of family medicine services, including annual exams, chronic disease management, acute care, pediatric care, and lifestyle/wellness counseling.
- Staff and support onsite or near-site employer clinics for acute illness, minor injuries, health screenings, and preventive care.
- Coordinate care with specialists and support patients through referrals and longitudinal care navigation.
- Utilize modern communication tools (secure messaging, telehealth, text) to ensure timely, personalized care.
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and support staff to create a seamless, patient-focused care experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician licensed in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure).
- 2+ years of experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care (preferred).
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and clinical skills with a whole-person, preventive-care mindset.
- A warm communicator who values deep, longitudinal relationships with patients.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small, innovative practice environment.
